Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding contract is formed only when a second email is sent confirming shipment.

5. Prices and Payments:
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. OLEA ESSENCE S.L. is not responsible for errors caused by payment platforms.

6. Shipping & Delivery:
We ship within Spain and internationally. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and external factors (customs, couriers, force majeure).
OLEA ESSENCE S.L. shall not be held liable for delays outside its control.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by OLEA or a defective product. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

8. Product Use and Liability:
OLEA products are for external use only. Customers must check ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use.
OLEA ESSENCE S.L. is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or non-compliance with usage instructions. In case of irritation, discontinue use immediately.

4. Pedidos y aceptación:

Recibirás un correo electrónico confirmando la recepción del pedido. Esta confirmación no constituye aceptación. El contrato de compraventa se formaliza cuando enviamos la confirmación de envío.

5. Precios y pagos:
Los precios están expresados en euros (€) e incluyen el IVA correspondiente. Los gastos de envío se calculan en el proceso de compra.
Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de plataformas de terceros. OLEA ESSENCE S.L. no se responsabiliza de errores derivados de estas plataformas.

6. Envíos y entregas:
Realizamos envíos nacionales e internacionales. Los plazos de entrega son estimados y pueden variar según el destino y factores externos (aduanas, mensajería, fuerza mayor).
OLEA ESSENCE S.L. no se hace responsable de retrasos fuera de su control.

7. Devoluciones y derecho de desistimiento:
Conforme a la Directiva 2011/83/UE, tienes derecho a desistir de la compra en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción, siempre que el producto esté sin abrir, sin usar y en perfectas condiciones.

Los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del cliente, salvo que se trate de un error de OLEA o producto defectuoso. El reembolso se realizará una vez recibido y verificado el producto.

Los productos OLEA son solo para uso externo. Es responsabilidad del cliente revisar los ingredientes y realizar una prueba de sensibilidad.
OLEA ESSENCE S.L. no se hace responsable de reacciones adversas por mal uso o incumplimiento de las instrucciones. En caso de irritación, suspende el uso.
